  • ElevenLabs — voice generation. Voice data processed per ElevenLabs Privacy Policy.
  • Avaturn — 3D Avatar generation. Photo data processed per Avaturn Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics.
  • ConvertKit — email communications for waitlist and marketing.

 

2.  HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

 

  • To create, manage and personalise your account and AI Avatar
  • To generate personalised meal plans, workout programmes and recovery protocols
  • To operate the proactive AI coaching system and daily Avatar briefings
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send you important account notifications, updates and coaching communications
  • To improve and develop the app through anonymised usage analysis
  • To ensure food safety by cross-referencing your allergy profile against all nutrition recommendations
  • To comply with legal obligations

 

3.  HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

 

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only in the following circumstances:

 

  • With service providers who assist in operating the app — Stripe, ElevenLabs, Avaturn, Google Analytics and ConvertKit — who are contractually bound to protect your data
  • With legal authorities if required by law, court order or to protect the safety of users or the public
  • In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, in which case users will be notified

 

4.  HEALTH DATA & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

 

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ

Our App is a general fitness and nutrition guidance tool and is NOT a medical service, clinical nutrition programme or healthcare provider. The meal plans, workout recommendations and health information provided are for general wellness purposes only.

You must consult a qualified medical professional or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, particularly if you have allergies, intolerances, medical conditions or are taking medication.

Users with known severe allergies must always verify ingredients independently and not rely solely on the app’s allergy filter as the only safety measure.

 

  • Health data you provide is used solely to personalise your experience within the app
  • We do not share your health data with insurers, employers or third-party advertisers
  • You may delete your health data at any time through your account settings

 

5.  DATA RETENTION

 

  • Account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription
  • If you cancel your account your data is retained for 30 days to allow account recovery then permanently deleted
  • Anonymised, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes
  • Voice clone data is deleted immediately upon your request
  • Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Australian financial regulations

 

6.  YOUR RIGHTS

 

Under Australian Privacy Act 1988 and applicable international data protection laws you have the right to:

 

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion — request deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements
  • Portability — request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to certain types of data processing including direct marketing
  • Withdrawal — withdraw consent to data processing at any time

7.  DATA SECURITY

 

  • All data is transmitted using industry-standard TLS encryption
  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
  • Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers
  • Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only
  • We conduct regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments
  • In the event of a data breach we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by applicable law

 

8.  CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

 

Our App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

 

9.  COOKIES AND TRACKING

 

  • Our website uses cookies to maintain session state, remember preferences and analyse traffic
  • Analytics cookies are used through Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website
  • You can disable cookies through your browser settings however some features may not function correctly
  • We do not use advertising cookies or track users across third-party websites

 

10.  INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

 

Our App operates from Australia and our servers are located within Australia. Data processed by third-party services including Stripe, ElevenLabs and Avaturn may be transferred internationally. All such transfers are conducted under appropriate data protection agreements.

 

11.  CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
